INSTRUCTIONS
The following questionnaire contains a number of questions regarding your opinion about your current work situation. Please read each question carefully and tick the answer which most accurately represents your view. There are no right or wrong answers to these opinion-based questions, please provide an honest answer to all items.
Remember that all answers will be kept completely confidential. The research report compiled from the overall findings will include an integrated summary of the results. No individual or organization will be identified by name when reporting on the findings.
The questionnaire is divided into seven sections:

• Section C: Knowledge Base of ICT Project Manager
• Section D: Project Manager Competencies
• Section E: Project Manager Certification
• Section F: Project Manager Training and Development
There are no right or wrong answers to any questions. The researcher is only interested in your personal opinions. The “right” answer to any question is your sincere and truthful response.
